As the former director of the Modernization Center of Illes Balears (EBE), Jofre collaborated closely with Toni Nadal during Rafael Nadal’s formative years, guiding him for over a decade. His work with Carlos Moyá, whom he coached for more than ten years, saw him travel the professional circuit, fine-tuning the skills that propelled Moyá to the top of the ATP rankings.
A passionate student and thinker of tennis, Jofre is constantly exploring innovative ways to help athletes achieve peak performance. His GlinkoSystem methodology, a holistic framework that blends technical, tactical, physical, and mental preparation, is a testament to his commitment to comprehensive player development.
